拧紧功能控制器-fc11
拧紧功能控制器fc11与MICROMAT-F/MINIMAT-F系列螺刀配合使用可为您提供智能解决方案,确保装配作业安全可靠。
系统会计算所需装配的螺丝数量,监控其装配时间,达到预设扭矩后,螺刀会在高精度自卸载离合器的作用下停止运行,它还能识别工件更换,且可实现自检,消除昂贵的检验程序。
拧紧功能控制器-fc20
拧紧功能控制器fc20可通过对装配顺序的控制,实现复杂装配过程的监控。此控制器可控制三种不同类型的螺刀。fc20的灵活性,能够适应同一个零件的不同拧紧要求。
可编程拧紧控制器是电动拧紧系统中为重要的元件。其依据拧紧程序控制螺刀电机,计算测量信号,同时提供整套的操作及记录功能。
现有系统EC及EC伺服都配备有高动态无刷伺服电机,但其生成扭矩测量值得方式却不同。控制器AST5与AST11的EC技术都基于的电机电流测量,但在控制器AST30-31与AST40的EC伺服系统内,扭矩通过螺刀内部的扭矩传感器测量。
特殊的选择标准可满足各类拧紧程序具体应用,适用于佳装配的拧紧装配工艺---能够在实现记录所有重要的拧紧过程参数,并确保高精度,以及提供多种通讯接口系统环境供您选择实现多种通讯。
*处理单元(CPU)是PLC的控制**。它按照PLC系统程序赋予的功能接收并存储从编程器键入的用户程序和数据;检查电源、存储器、I/O以及警戒定时器的状态,并能诊断用户程序中的语法错误。当PLC投入运行时,先它以扫描的方式接收现场各输入装置的状态和数据,并分别存入I/O映象区,然后从用户程序存储器中逐条读取用户程序,经过命令解释后按指令的规定执行逻辑或算数运算的结果送入I/O映象区或数据寄存器内。

UPS即不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply),是一种含有储能装置的不间断电源。主要用于给部分对电源稳定性要求较高的设备,提供不间断的电源。当市电输入正常时,UPS 将市电稳压后供应给负载使用,此时的UPS就是一台交流式电稳压器,同时它还向机内电池充电;当市电中断(事故停电)时, UPS 立即将电池的直流电能,通过逆变器切换转换的方法向负载继续供应220V交流电,使负载维持正常工作并保护负载软、硬件不受损坏。UPS 设备通常对电压过高或电压过低都能提供保护。

微程序控制(简称微码控制)的基本思路是:用微指令产生微操作命令,用若干条微指令组成一段微程序实现一条机器指令的功能(为了加以区别,将前面所讲的指令称为机器指令)。设机器指令M执行时需要三个阶段,每个阶段需要发出如下命令:阶段一发送K1、K8命令,阶段二发送K0、K2、K3、K4命令,阶段三发送K9命令。当将条微指令送到微指令寄存器时,微指令寄存器的K1和K8为1,即发出K1和K8命令,该微指令指出下一条微指令地址为00101,从中取出*二条微指令,送到微指令寄存器时将发出K0、K2、K3、K4命令,接下来是取*三条微指令,发K9命令。
