伺服系统一般具备环节:伺服电机、伺服驱动器和实施控制的上位机,上位机大都用PLC或单片机。
伺服电机是这个系统的执行元件,伺服系统靠脉冲来定位,而位置控制的基本点是上位机依据被控对象的具体控制要求,编制程序;伺服驱动器执行上位机程序,输出脉冲。这样,带有特定程序规则的脉冲电源让伺服电机驱使机械部件实现位移或转角,完成工序作业任务。可见无论控制对象的要求千变万化,其准确的位置定位必然与脉冲的数量和每单位脉冲期间机械部件的移动量这样两个要素密切相关。

步进电机的控制为开环控制,启动频率过高或负载过大易出现丢步或堵转的现象,停止时转速过高易出现过冲的现象,所以为保证其控制精度,应处理好升、降速问题。交流伺服驱动系统为闭环控制,驱动器可直接对电机编码器反馈信号进行采样,内部构成位置环和速度环,一般出现步进电机的丢步或过冲的现象,控制性能更为可靠。

交流伺服电机的基本构造与交流感应电动机(异步电机)相似。在定子上有两个相空间位移90°电角度的励磁绕组Wf和控制绕组WcoWf,接恒定交流电压,利用施加到Wc上的交流电压或相位的变化,达到控制电机运行的目的。交流伺服电机具有运行稳定、可控性好、响应快速、灵敏度高以及机械特性和调节特性的非线性度指标严格(要求分别小于10%~15%和小于15%~25%)等特点。

电机初始化参数
换流器(Inverter)一般由6个功率晶体管(q1~q6)分为上臂(q1、q3、q5)/下臂(q2、q4、q6)连接电机作为控制流经电机线圈的开关。控制部则提供pwm(脉冲宽度调制)决定功率晶体管开关频度及换流器(Inverter)换相的时机。直流无刷电机一般希望使用在当负载变动时速度可以稳定于设定值而变动太大的速度控制,所以电机内部装有能感应磁场的霍尔传感器(Hall-sensor),作为速度之闭回路控制,同时也做为相序控制的依据。

伺服系统(servo mechanism)是使物体的位置、方位、状态等输出被控量能够跟随输入目标(或给定值)的变化的自动控制系统。伺服主要靠脉冲来定位,基本上可以这样理解,伺服电机接收到1个脉冲,就会旋转1个脉冲对应的角度,从而实现位移,因为,伺服电机本身具备发出脉冲的功能,所以伺服电机每旋转一个角度,都会发出对应数量的脉冲,这样,和伺服电机接受的脉冲形成了呼应,或者叫闭环,如此一来,系统就会知道发了多少脉冲给伺服电机,同时又收了多少脉冲回来,这样,就能够很的控制电机的转动,从而实现的定位,可以达到0.001mm
