伺服驱动器结构
伺服驱动器均采用数字信号处理器(DSP)作为控制核心,可以实现比较复杂的控制算法,实现数字化、网络化和智能化。功率器件普遍采用以智能功率模块(IPM)为核心设计的驱动电路,IPM内部集成了驱动电路,同时具有过电压、过电流、过热、欠压等故障检测保护电路,在主回路中还加入了软启动电路,以减小启动过程对驱动器的冲击。
整流部:通过整流部,将交流电源变为直流电源,经电容滤波,产生平稳无脉动的直流电源。
逆变部:由控制部过来的SPWM信号,驱动IGBT,将直流电源变为SPWM波形,以驱动伺服电机。
控制部分:伺服单元采用全数字化结构,通过高性能的硬件支持,实现闭环控制的软件化,现在所有的伺服已采用(DSP数字信号处理)芯片,DSP,能够执行位置、速度、转矩和电流控制器的功能。给出PWM信号控制信号作用于功率驱动单元,并能够接收处理位置与电流反馈,具有通讯接口。
编码器:伺服电机配有高性能的转角测量编码器,可以测量转子的位置与电机的转速。
DCS分散控制系统是以微处理器为基础,采用控制功能分散、显示操作集中、兼顾分而自治和综合协调的设计原则的新一代仪表控制系统。集散控制系统简称DCS,也可直译为“分散控制系统”或“分布式计算机控制系统”。
它采用控制分散、操作和管理集中的基本设计思想,采用多层分级、合作自治的结构形式。其主要特征是它的集中管理和分散控制。DCS在电力、冶金、石化等各行各业都获得了其广泛的应用。
DCS通常采用分级递阶结构,每一级由若干子系统组成,每一个子系统实现若干特定的有限目标,形成金字塔结构。
可靠性是DCS发展的生命,要保证DCS的高可靠性主要有三种措施:一是广泛应用高可靠性的硬件设备和生产工艺;二是广泛采用冗余技术;三是在软件设计上广泛实现系统的容错技术、故障自诊断和自动处理技术等。当今大多数集散控制系统的MTBF可达几万甚至几十万小时。

紧凑型设计适用于单轴应用
IndraDrive C(HCS02)转换器覆盖功率范围的中等功率范围。它们带有一个控制单元插槽,该插槽具有用于连接到自动化环境的接口,用于编码器系统,安全技术以及附加的数字和模拟信号等。
微程序控制(简称微码控制)的基本思路是:用微指令产生微操作命令,用若干条微指令组成一段微程序实现一条机器指令的功能(为了加以区别,将前面所讲的指令称为机器指令)。设机器指令M执行时需要三个阶段,每个阶段需要发出如下命令:阶段一发送K1、K8命令,阶段二发送K0、K2、K3、K4命令,阶段三发送K9命令。当将条微指令送到微指令寄存器时,微指令寄存器的K1和K8为1,即发出K1和K8命令,该微指令指出下一条微指令地址为00101,从中取出*二条微指令,送到微指令寄存器时将发出K0、K2、K3、K4命令,接下来是取*三条微指令,发K9命令。

UPS即不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply),是一种含有储能装置的不间断电源。主要用于给部分对电源稳定性要求较高的设备,提供不间断的电源。当市电输入正常时,UPS 将市电稳压后供应给负载使用,此时的UPS就是一台交流式电稳压器,同时它还向机内电池充电;当市电中断(事故停电)时, UPS 立即将电池的直流电能,通过逆变器切换转换的方法向负载继续供应220V交流电,使负载维持正常工作并保护负载软、硬件不受损坏。UPS 设备通常对电压过高或电压过低都能提供保护。
